My Dad was Morton Rosenfeld. How you throw away evidence in a capital murder case is beyond me. I know who killed my dad it was the Buser brothers Doug and Ron. Now of Northern CA.

I believe that one of the above men that investigators honed in on probably did kidnap and murder this poor girl. The greater tragedy is that enough time has passed that discovering any trace of her remains would be extremely difficult.

The article could have been avoided skipping around so much and presented information important to the narrative. " Four different hound dogs led authorities to the same spot near a pine
tree. It sounded like reports that had been made shortly after Beth
disappeared." What prior reports were made that backed up this latest search?

report accusing law enforcement of “a clear lack of professionalism” in
the investigation of the Miller disappearance, a Rocky Mountain News
story said." What mistakes were cited in the report? No offense to the family, but in this case it seems the investigators initially believed that Ms. Miller's disappearance was involuntary and actually started an investigation, unlike so many missing teenagers of the era, where police would simply shrug their shoulders and dismiss the family's valid concerns with the retort that their child had probably ran off.

So horrible for that family, I feel so awful for them.

I agree with the previous posters, however, I couldn't even finish reading it because it was so redundant and full of bad grammar and poor spelling, and just plain old bad writing. In fact it seems like it was written by a child. I feel a headache coming on.

This article would make a fine rough draft, but it's so full of typos, mistakes and poor grammar it's almost unreadable. If this is the best you can do, and if the Post can't afford editors any more, then perhaps another career might be in order.

In 1980 Denver Police Officer was killed at W. 47th and Lipan St. although his name was not placed on the memorial wall, his death has always intrigued me as a fellow officer and writer; does anyone remember this event?

Not to long after the murder,a group donated a stone bench with some kind of quotation and Jakeob's name on it. The bench was in the green belt. I don't know the year it was placed there. Then about six or so years ago someone destroyed the bench. The people who placed it there said they would not replace it.

I am the sister of Lois Reynolds-Jenkins, Nick named "Che-Che". She was the oldest sister in the "Reynolds"" family. Our family has been in pain and suffering for over 31 years on the loss of our sister. Her children were 4, 6 and 10 when she was murdered, and they have endured a lot of pain and struggles in their lives without their mother. Both of my parents died with broken hearts knowing someone murdered their daughter and that they had not been brought to justice. I pray each and every day that someone out there remembers something, or knows something to help the police with this case, so that we can have some sort of closure. The last place we know she was seen was at, the "Dahlia Lounge", so if someone was there that night 12 April 1981, please, please jog your memories if you saw her alone or with someone. So if you don't remember as Lois, hopefully you remember her as
"Che-Che". She was also a graduate of Manual High School, Class of 1969. In addition to working at Clayton College Day Care Center, she was also employed with the U.S. Post Office Bulk Mail Center, at the time of her death. So if anyone knows anyone or anything that can help our family, please contact the Denver police or Kirk Mitchell at the Denver Post, so that we can get justice for our sister.
Please put yourself in our place, the pain never ends.

I Knew Linda from High School ( class of 1980). My sister Married her brother Alan in November of 1979, we would of been sister in-laws. We share a nephew who was born in April 1980. Yes... Ted Bundy was in prison when Linda was murdered. Hope they find the SOB that killed her!!!!

I strongly urge someone to come forward to bring colsure to my wife's family! My wife has endured pain that still bring tears to her eyes 30 years after her mother went to be with the Lord. Any information is good; even the most insignificant thoughts about this case may be the clue that brings peace & closure to my family. I ask you today to think back to April 12, 1981? Did you see her? Was she with someone? Did you see a confrontation? These are the questions we need answered by a witness in this case if one exists? Are you willing to help? Have you heard something in conversation over the years? Only you, along with the Sprirt of the Lords help can solve this mystery of who brutally killed my mother-n-law? pipe sticking up through the soil for her to breathe. For 30 days she
snuck food and water to her sister.

And yet, detectives pursue leads and test evidence long after his death in 1992. Why is that?

Perhaps Mr.Mitchell could have mentioned that Donny was a veteran, college graduate and had an IQ so high that Cornell University recruited him as a student. He lived a quiet life in a house full of books and the electronic gadgets he loved to work with. He could fix anything.

He too, has a family who misses him.

I'm assuming I'm not the only one to see the striking resemblance between Dawn DeHerrera and Nonnie Dotson. If serial killers do select a physical type as their victims, this might indicate that these two women were killed by the same person. Teddee
